As a mentor, intuitive healer and Overe® Practitioner in specialised Kinesiology, Sophie helps people unlock deep healing, their authentic essence and true potential.

Where Logic meets Light

Sophie believes that everyone holds the power to create a life of their dreams. However, subconscious and energetic blockages can often disrupt that potential.

Blending her expertise in Psychology and Energy Healing, she works with the subconscious field to clear these blockages, restore energetic flow, and inner harmony.

This integrative process empowers clients to take aligned action, reconnect with their authentic essence, and consciously create a life they love.

A Personal Story

Sophie experienced the power of Overe® Specialized Kinesiology firsthand - through an intensive mentorship program that changed her life. Discovering that true transformation can be both natural and attainable, she dedicated herself to mastering this modality.
