Payment Terms
We accept online payments through secure providers, including Stripe, Squarespace, Acuity, and others. If a payment is declined, access to services may be withheld until payment is successfully processed. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Respectful Communication
We foster a community of respect and kindness. Any rude, offensive, or inappropriate comments made on our website or social media platforms may be removed. If you have feedback or concerns, please reach out to us directly at connect@sophiesybille.com so we can address them constructively.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
If a concern arises, we agree to first engage in open discussion to seek a fair resolution.
We ask that you please email us as soon as possible and within seven days of the issue occurring.
If we cannot reach an agreement within 14 days, we will proceed to mediation with an independent, accredited mediator based in Victoria, Australia, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by phone.
The cost of mediation will be shared equally. If mediation fails, legal action may be pursued in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If we cannot agree on a mediator within 21 days of deciding to mediate, the party who raised the dispute will request that the President of the Law Society of Victoria (or a comparable neutral authority) appoint an accredited mediator.
Neither party will commence legal action until the mediator confirms that negotiation and mediation avenues have been exhausted.
